The Pakistani American has committed herself to social equity and instruction. Brought up in Chicago, Illinois, Jaffer says her parents played an important role in keeping her encouraged throughout her journey. Sadaf Jaffer is a Harvard graduate, mother, activist and five-year resident of Montgomery and now she joins the elite list of historic elections in 2018.
