Honors and achievements: Mr Monty Saiyed’s  exuding unflinching patriotism, being an Indian-American here made him create the world's largest  Indian flag , weighing 250 kg, as a symbol of peace and harmony in the country. It took 15 days for seven Porbandar tailors, recruited by Mr Saiyed, to sew this cotton flag. The flag which stretches 153 by 102 feet, has found place in  Limca Book of Records  in April year 2011. Mr Saiyed’s   creation was featured at the two-day  Vibrant India  event held on July 16 and 17, 2012 with performances from biggest Bollywood actors and singers. This is an occasion of unity where everybody should stand together and support the cause of the flag and take the honour of it!"
