SANJU sanjay dutt doesn't need festivities to get recognized.


"Sanju" The movie which is starring ranbir kapoor depicting the life of bollywood megastar Sanjay dutt.Its a fact that the brand "sanjay dutt does not requires any festivals to be get recognized as "khans" (releases their movies near to major festivities)

As sanjay dutt "RK" Delivers his best of all time, He actually impersonates him so well that,You will forget that it's ranbir who is playing a character on the screen.
As every rajkumar hirani's film it never really bores you at any point. It just keeps entertaining you with all the drama and funny scenes in the middle. Hirani is a true magician with the direction part.
Ranbir Kapoor practically disappears into the character of Sanjay Dutt, and it’s an especially commendable achievement given that the actor is pitch-perfect playing Dutt at different points in his life – as a fresh-faced twenty-one-year-old learning to fake romance for the camera, as the poor-little-rich-boy whose descent into drug addiction is swift and heartbreaking,
as the misguided movie star whose bad decisions cost him his freedom.

Collections and expectations


“The film should make Rs 40 crore on its opening day and it would be the highest opener of the year,” said Bollywood film trade analyst Atul Mohan.


 The trailers have created the much-needed hype and curiosity for the audience and the industry would be expecting an opening Friday with business of nothing less than Rs 25-30 crore but the trend has to continue through the week, the word of mouth has to spread and Sanju has to be at its top game till it crosses the Rs 200- crore mark. After the initial feedback Mohan is now sure about the fate of the film. He expects the film to cross Rs 300 crore in its lifetime run at the box office.

Comparison with Race 3 and Padmavat.
Even Though Race 3 was released on eid it made some money on first weekend, But saw a big downfall. Padmavat was having problems releasing due to some major controversies but it had a very stable earning. But sanju as a whole Is a fun package and will surely be  the highest grossers of 2018.
As i said earlier sanjay dutt doesn't requires a festivity to dazzle at the box office(Even though its not really him acting in this movie) But still its story of his life.
